The grand old duke of York...

... he had ten thousand men (slut!), he marched them to the top of the hill, and marched them down again.

The moral of that story is that I am now nearing the top of the hill, and once I get there, I'm free to admire the view, and then trot back down again, until I get back home. And then I shall hopefully be able look back up the hill with a mixture of pride, sorrow, and sore feet.

I'm so corny. Basically that means that I'm nearly halfway through my England-land stay. :D
